What we process
- Values submitted to the API (document/account numbers): processed in memory to compute the result and not stored in our own databases. Note: with
GET /validate/{type}?value=...the value travels in the URL and may be briefly recorded in our hosting provider's (Vercel) logs; we recommendPOST. - IP address (free direct use): used as a counter key for the daily limit, stored in Upstash Redis and automatically deleted after 48 hours. Vercel logs may contain IP, user agent and path for a short period (1 hour to 1 day depending on plan).
- RapidAPI customers: RapidAPI handles accounts, payment and billing; we never receive your card. We receive whatever RapidAPI shares with providers (e.g. username/plan).
- Payouts to the provider: via PayPal (no end-user data involved).
Purpose and legal basis: providing the service, preventing abuse, and meeting legal/tax obligations (legitimate interest / performance of contract).
Processors and international transfers: Vercel Inc. (US), Upstash (US/EU), RapidAPI (US), Apify (EU) if you use the actor. Data may be processed outside your country under these providers' contractual safeguards.
We do not sell data or use it for profiling or advertising.
Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection and any others under your local law (AR Law 25.326, BR LGPD, MX LFPDPPP, CL Law 19.628/21.719, CO Law 1581, PE Law 29733, UY Law 18.331, EC LOPDP, PY Law 7593). Email faucolabs@gmail.com. In Argentina you may complain to the AAIP.
Security: HTTPS for all traffic; restricted infrastructure access.
Children: the service targets developers and businesses, not minors.
Changes: any change will be published with its date.
