Terms of Use – ValidaLatam

Last updated: October 23, 2026

  1. Provider. ValidaLatam (https://validalatam.ia-latam.app) is operated by Matias Pengue (Argentina). Contact: faucolabs@gmail.com.
  2. Service. An API that validates and formats document and account numbers (e.g. CUIT, CPF, RFC, RUT, IBAN) by check-digit and format algorithms only. It does not query any government or bank database and does not confirm that a number exists, is active, or belongs to any particular person.
  3. /generate endpoint. Produces fictitious, checksum-valid numbers for software testing only. Using them to impersonate anyone, open accounts, issue invoices, deceive third parties or for any unlawful purpose is prohibited. Responses are flagged "fake": true.
  4. Acceptable use. You may not use the service for fraud, phishing, checking stolen identities, mass scraping to evade limits, or in breach of applicable data-protection laws. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for any data you submit.
  5. Plans and payment. Free direct use is limited (currently 50 requests per IP per day). Paid plans are purchased and billed through RapidAPI and are also governed by its terms. Prices may change with prior notice on the listing.
  6. No warranty. The service is provided "as is". A "valid" result only means mathematical consistency; it is not a substitute for official (KYC/AML) checks.
  7. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, the provider's total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing limits non-waivable consumer rights.
  8. Suspension. We may suspend access for abuse or breach.
  9. Changes. We may amend these terms by publishing a new dated version.
  10. Governing law. Laws of Argentina; competent courts of the Argentine Republic, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of the user's country.
